I grew up in Shanghai and moved to New Jersey during grade school. I've been in the States since.

I’m an experience designer practicing UX design, ethnographic research, and product strategy

I majored in Industrial Design at RISD, with studies in interaction design from UdK Berlin. The most valuable lesson I learned was that design is most impactful when amplified through interdisciplinary processes.

Currently, I get to apply that lesson everyday working with policymakers, researchers, and fellow designers to solve problems on massive scales.

Outside of work, I'm usually sketching furniture 🪑, on the rocks 🧗, or sawing wood 🪚 .
